iphone App
App for logging time off the computer like meetings, webex, conferences, calls. All this should be as easy as using ManicTime on the desktop and also add this time to the computer app automatically.

In timesheet view have a column to show tags not used in grouped by
I'd like a column that shows a list of tags not used in the grouped-by clause. (in my case I group by first level tags, so I want to show second level tags and below)

Timesheet Basic Advanced UI
I often toggle the filters on and off change the group by.
Having these on different tabs makes this task lots of extra clicks.0 votes -
Tag shortcuts assignable from Numpad would be nice too.
It is pretty clear from the name of the request. At the moment I have to press the number key above the letters. When it is dark (like now) and my keyboard is dark, it is easier for me to hit the number without looking from the numpad rather then from the top row.
Should not be hard to develop.

Ability to add autotag timeline to statistics
There is need to add autotag timeline to statistics, because most of activity is recorded automatically (at least in my case).

Draggable Timeline (middle/right mouse drag)
I find it slightly cumbersome to navigate the timelines within a day.
I know there are currently two ways to do this:
1. Dragging the window in the fixed line below the timelines
2. Crtl+MousewheelBoth are not perfect for me - dragging the timelines (not the orange bar) button would be great.
This could either be triggered by a middle or a right mouse drag, or with SPACE+Left mouse drag (I think Photoshop uses this combination) - but I like the first two better, because the require less action.20 votes -
Auto ignore auto tags smaller than X seconds
Sometimes, I have several project windows for different customers open at once.
When I switch windows and get the wrong one, I switch again to the right one.
It would be cool if the resulting auto tag could be ignored in the same way as gaps can be filled. This could either be a global setting or a per-auto-tag setting.
Thanks!

nightly
Firefox Nightly works almost always like Firefox, but manictime doesn't know that it's more or less the same. Hopefully the firefox document timeline plugin could recognize "Nightly" and "Firefox Developer Edition" with only a minimal adaptation.

tag shortcuts should work also inside tag window
It would be nice if configured tag shortcuts would also work in an opened tag windows (so shortcut could be used to tag a time in the automatic popup after returning from a break)

customizable copy format of tagged time
at the moment, a simple "copy" of a tagged time results in a single line containing
"tag" "start time" "end time" "duration" "notes without line break"at the moment I miss the date here as well as line breaks that were originally inside the notes. For the time format I would not need seconds in the copy output.
maybe you could make the format customizable, or add date and linebreaks?

Merge multiple tagged times together
It would be nice if I could merge multiple selected times with same tag (with all the notes concatenated together)
Maybe triggered by an right-click option after selecting a time frame
Or an option to use the concatenated notes while adding a new tag over a timeframe that contains already tagged time
So it would be possible to constantly add short notes everytime during the work, and later tag the whole time, joining the already taken notes together

Show Colours (Colors) for all tag levels on timeline
I think it would be great to be able to (optionally) show all tag colours at once.
eg, a slice tagged by Client1, #Client1-123
could show 3 bands of colour (or three sub timelines?)I just found the ability to skip the first tag when colouring, this is awesome! (but I have to go into every client and change that, which is what I do at the moment, but it would be nice to have a visual of the client as well as the issue number)

Tags Groups/Categories
I would like to group some Tags together for some calculations. This could be done either by Grouping Tags to one Aggregating Tag, and thus allowing Tree-Like structure, or by placing Tags to certain Categories (Forest-Like structure).

Import CSV to new timeline
Hey, i'd like to have a function to import a CSV file to a new timeline.
For example one could export all emails from one folder of thunderbird to a CSV file. This file would include subject, from, to, date time. After import to ManicTime each emails would be shown in an additional timeline with a configurable duration of x min.
Another example: Export the call log from your phone / PBX, with phone numbers, date, start, end time and import it to ManicTime.
Would be very helpful :-)

Set Reminders in Calendar
Not only recording the past, but also planning the future, i.e. plan tasks and set reminders to start. Later compare with the planned tasks.

Split Tagged Category and Add Across Other Tags
I use tags to keep track of time spent on billable projects during the day. I use other tags to track time spent on non-project specific tasks, that are still billable. I would like to be able to automatically split this non-project specific time across all billable projects for the day.

Custom Keyboard Shortcuts for Assigning Tags
The new 0-9 (or Ctrl-0 through Ctrl-9) tag shortcuts are great, but being able to arbitrarily assign any key as a tag shortcut would be even better: 'L' for Lunch, 'P' for Project 1, 'S' for Daily Stand-up Meeting.
Tag shortcuts are already the most efficient way to tag time. With easier to remember custom mnemonics, this powerful feature would also become one of the most accessible.
