Could you also add the option to delete the Screenshots through the context menu?

You already let me highlight a segment of time and then right click to delete: Tags, Computer Usage, Applications, Documents, and ALL. I know I can go to the folder where the screenshots are saved but that is quite time consuming.

Why do I want this? I often work on sensitive information but still want ManicTime to track my time on different projects. Screen capture is incredibly helpful for auditing my day but some of the data throughout the day needs to be protected. I'd like to be able to go back and delete the sensitive screenshots while leaving others for reference. Again I can do this by going to the screenshot folder but that's very time consuming.

Why this software offer me updates after my licence period for free updates expired? B'cus that dialog offered me new version and i clicked to install - new version is actually installed. But i cant continue with useing, b'cus expiration dialog of my licence not allow me. Ok.. i tryied install previouse version - but it is dennied too (installer not allow downgrade version). Ok.. last option for me, I have to uninstall current version and try to install previouse version. But unfortunatelly next dialog say me somethink as "u will lose all data" ..("data will be removed with program").

Next one: why this feed back dialog wants my email address? I don't want any response from you. I dont want share my email adress!

Hi, I am continuing to really appreciate ManicTime application and I use it every single day.

One thing that I run into that would make life just a little easier is if there was a way to filter the tags that will be included when saving to JIRA.

This come into play when I need to do milestone or mid-month billing for some clients, but not all. I would then focus on getting all the tags sorted for the one project but not necessary have time to do all the projects.

In this situation I would want to filter on saving just certain tags (JIRA Projects/Tasks) to Jira for a time period, instead of everything for the time period.

Another way of implementing this might be to have right click (or selection) option in Timesheet, and only save to Jira the selected current filter.

I'd like to kick off the CSV-Export from the command line. Basically, what i'm looking for is something that i can automate somewhat like this:

> ManicTime.exe --export="Tags" > mttags.csv
> ManicTime.exe --export="Applications" > mtapps.csv

and so on. It does not need to be exactly like that, but if I could
put this in a batch file, it would remove an error source from my
current workflow.

If the export could be limited to a certain date-range (like the existing GUI export), export date-format (unix vs. windows time format) and export delimiter (commas vs. tabs) that would be the icing on the cake. But I'll settle for any export right now.

Having the stuff printed to the terminal would be good enough, because writing it into a file is fairly easy (the "> mt_tags.csv" part), and as a plus you could also just process it in another script without an intermediary file.

It would be great if ManicTime implemented a way of working easily with the Pomodoro Technique[1]. It could be a very simple implementation:

• A pomodoro checkbox in the stopwatch


• A way of setting intervals aka "pomodoros" (e.g., the classic 25 minutes work + 5 minutes break)


• A way of setting how many intervals before prompting for a longer break


• When an a break or interval is reached, the tags dialog pops up asking you to tag your time (e.g., whether you've just been working, or breaking)

ManicTime already does so much of what's required for a really rich Pomodoro experience and so much more (I use it in the way described above but I do it manually using the stopwatch and tagging). The Pomodoro technique is really popular[2], especially among students. Having these features built in would be a nice addition to ManicTime.
