Make timers more visual
Visual timers are things we often use as children to learn about time, but they remain useful for many adults.
They are especially recommended to those with time blindness (a common challenge for neurodivergent individuals - especially those with ADHD).
Currently the timer features in Manic Time show only a numeric indicator (like how many minutes and seconds until the current pomodoro session is over. (this is true also when the window is minimised)
Adding an optional/customisable display style for the existing timers would be a great option for everyone, but it can be of immense benefit for those who have challenges keeping track of time using regular digital or analog timekeeping interfaces.
An example could be: instead of displaying how much time has elapsed/remains using a combination of text, numbers or symbols as it does today, allow the user to choose a simpler format like a simple geometric shape that fills with a contrasting colour or pattern.
Even something like the way it is easy to see at a glance from the untagged time view which days need attention. A simpler timer display format could encourage more people to make use of the timer functionality that already exists in the desktop client application.
