  1. Add 'Remember selection' option in the dialog 'New tags conflict with existing tags'

    If during the day I copy the autotags to tags multiple times, this dialog pops up and I need to select 'Fill only untagged time'.

    It would be great if the dialog had a checkbox called 'Do not ask again' or something similar which remembers the selected option so next time it automatically picks it.

  2. Auto Tag details

    I'd like to see the details of what makes up my auto tags. I have one called Development that consists of various software I use when developing apps. It would be great if I could filter by that Auto Tag, but still see the data for the individual apps that make up that Auto Tag.

  3. Grasshopper for Rhino 3D document tracking

    I have had Manictime for about a year now and I just realized that the document time for Rhino3D does not include the working time while I am in the Grasshopper window, this is totally necessary for the time tracking to meet my needs as I spend a significant portion of my computer time in the grasshopper environment.

  4. manual tagging should override auto-tags

    Currently, the manual tag will be copied over to auto-tag (by setting), and count in the timesheet, but it will also count the auto-tag, which cannot be removed. This in turn leads to potentially more than 24 hours per day on the timesheet, which is quite wrong.

    Auto-tag should be automatically overridden by manual tag, or at least be removable individually.

  6. Document support on MacOs

    Document support on MacOs
    It seems the tracker only takes websites into account on the MacOs tracker. I use Word, Sublime Text, Adobe CC, none of the files they open seems to appear in the Document Timeline. That makes it near impossible to have AutoTags

  8. Periodically Check to See if I am Still Working Is Broken

    This was previously requested and marked as completed. However, the software no longer remembers your "periodically check if I am still working on this" settings. Any update on when this might be fixed?

  9. Copy screenshots to clipboard

    To speed up to process getting a screenshot into a document, email, web or whatever, it would be awesome to not only save and open a screenshot but also copy it direct to the clipboard, from where it can go anywhere

  10. Keyboard shortcuts for Billable flag

    When a tagged entry it highlighted, ability to press "B" (or some other key) to quickly toggle the billable flag. Would also be nice to do so in the Add Tag window - currently you can type the Tag(s) and tab down to the Notes but there is no way to toggle the billable flag without pressing Tab numerous times to focus it (and it doesn't put dots or anything around it when you've focused it) or reaching for the mouse

  11. Automatically open screenshot viewer on second monitor option

    Having an option/checkbox you can include in "Settings" to automatically open screenshot viewer on a second monitor would be really good, so that you don't have to press F12 to open it every the time.

  12. Filter documents and apps by auto-tag

    I wish I could filter documents and apps to match only a single auto-tag, or pattern That would help to see more easily what I worked on when I worked for client X. Not sure, if this is already possible though... If yes, then please add some examples to the filter help page.

    What you can do is use timesheet, for source choose autotag timeline, in filter type name of your tag so you only get this tag.

    Then Usage report will show which apps were used during that time.

    I will mark this as completed and can re-open it if this is not good enough.

  13. Reorder pinned tags

    I'd like to be able to reorder my pinned tags.

    I find the "pinned tags" feature very helpful and have built up a long of these over the years. However, because this list has been built up over the years, my pinned tags list currently has a strange order, and there does not seem to be a way to reorder them without unpinning and re-pinning each of them.

    It would be helpful if there were a simpler way to reorder these, such as drag-and-drop or an additional option in the tag editor.

  14. Include billable field in timesheet export

    Similar to the option to include Notes in the Timesheet Export, please include "Billable" in the export.
    It would be good to be able to see both billable and non-billable lines (separately) in the export.

  15. mac screenshots

    Please consider adding ability to send screenshots from mac client to the MT server - looks like server is going to be a viable interface for editing the timeline so adding the ability to save screenshots from the mac would basically make it a full fledged client without having to port manic time in full - we have several macs in our office which we would love to be able utilize manic time on as well. Thanks for the consideration!

  17. Ability to Zoom Out GUI in ManicTime

    Hi,

    I’d like to request a feature for ManicTime that would allow users to zoom out or scale down the graphical user interface (GUI). Currently, the buttons (e.g., "Accept" and "Decline") and other elements appear very large on my screen, making it difficult to navigate and visualize everything properly within the windows.

    A zoom-out or scaling option would greatly improve usability for those of us experiencing this issue, especially on high-DPI displays or when using certain resolutions.

    Thank you for considering this feature! It would make a big difference in accessibility and user experience.

  18. Tag shortcuts assignable from Numpad would be nice too.

    It is pretty clear from the name of the request. At the moment I have to press the number key above the letters. When it is dark (like now) and my keyboard is dark, it is easier for me to hit the number without looking from the numpad rather then from the top row.

    Should not be hard to develop.

  19. Application log should include the skype addresses of people contacted in a Skype call or text

    The log currently shows Skype as the application but not who the Skype call or text was from to. This makes it very difficult to tag calls / texts to different projects for time-recording purposes

  20. find overlaps and give option on how to deal

    when I am manually tagging time slots I sometimes drag the mouse too far and overlap an already tagged item , especially if the first tag was a very small time (tagged by auto-tag) and is hard to see.

    so would be good to have a feature that finds these overlap tags and ask if a person wants to keep the overlap or choose one of them
