Some time ago Atlassian has announced End of Life for the JIRA Server Software. We, as a German software vendor, would like to keep our data in our own local environment and are not willing to migrate this valuable information into the Cloud.
Therefore we are now in the process of evaluating migration paths to other JIRA alternatives which can be hosted in an on-premise environment.
One very promising alternative is JetBrains YouTrack, as it provides us with the same flexibility as we are used to in JIRA.
ManicTime and its possibility to synchronize with JIRA, builds a crucial role in our daily workflow as it eases up the necessary time tracking significantly during our Sprints.
So in conclusion, ManicTime would loose its reason for being for us if there's no possibility to synchronize with YouTrack.
