As of now, MS Teams does not share data about calls, so there is not way to add this feature.
Nov 2023: To our knowledge, this is still not possible

An error occurred while saving the comment Autotask has relatively recently implemented a REST API which may make this more feasible.
Feature I'm particularly interested in is pulling tickets as tags so I can flag what I was working on even if I need to manually put it in Autotask later

MS Teams provides access to call data on an organization level and they are accessible via Graphi API, I wasn't able to verify what permissions were required.
