Autotask Integration

    this would be an amazing plug in to have! i even looked at a custom plug in but couldn't figure it out

    Autotask has relatively recently implemented a REST API which may make this more feasible.

    Feature I'm particularly interested in is pulling tickets as tags so I can flag what I was working on even if I need to manually put it in Autotask later

    I have been looking for a way to automate this like ConnectWise. I have even had a developer look at building a middleware.
