Since you have ConnectWise integration -- it seems like you might also consider providing Autotask integration (www.autotask.net).
Autotask has relatively recently implemented a REST API which may make this more feasible.
Feature I'm particularly interested in is pulling tickets as tags so I can flag what I was working on even if I need to manually put it in Autotask later
