Freeze screenshot mode might already have zoom levels but they only operate on the current screenshot. When I want to quickly switch between a few (frozen) screenshots the zoom level and panning (i.e. scroll position) gets reset.

Since I sometimes let ManicTime take screenshots of my dual monitor setup it is necessary to zoom and pan each screenshot separately, so finding differences becomes hard.

Workaround is to find the screenshots in the ManicTime folder, open them with Irfanview and use View > Lock Zoom, then View > Keep Scroll Position.
