Multiple monitors registrations
It will be usefull, in a muli-monitor enviroment, to have a timeline for every monitor.
Sometime I see that the product register Outlook for long time, only because I was working on the other monitor.
Have a timeline for every monitor will be usefull

ManicTime will only track active application, not all applications running.
You can set screenshots to capture all desktops at one if that maybe helps.

This is not an issue that is connected to the number of monitors. You just have to activate the application you're looking at (or scrolling in). Otherwise even with a single monitor, the wrong app will be tracked.
