More predefined durations for Pomodoro
Many times I use sessions longer than 30 minutes (35, 40, 45). Those are not available in the drop down list. I need to enter them manually each time.

Integration with Ruddr
Ruddr is a lightweight professional services automation platform focused on time tracking, project management, and billing.
Many users, including myself, rely on ManicTime to accurately track our time across applications and then manually enter it into Ruddr for project and client work. An integration between ManicTime and Ruddr would streamline this workflow, reduce data entry errors, and save valuable time for users who depend on both platforms.
Specifically, i'd like to be able to export tagged time entries directly to Ruddr, map Ruddr projects and tasks to ManicTime tags and allow user authentication via Ruddr’s API (e.g., using API keys…

IPHONE TIMELINE LINK TO GOOGLE MAPS LOCATION
Loving having the iPhone manic time app timeline in the desktop app - it would be even more useful if the timeline included a link to a google maps pin so if you did not know where it was you would not have to look it up on the iPhone - just click to open a google maps link with a pin on the location.
thanks for the consideration

Autmatically fill unasigned time between same tags
I often go through documents and apps to assign time to specific tags. After this step I am left with a lot of short time bits that are tagged with short unassigned time bits between them. Sometimes the different activities are a bit mixed up but typically the short unassigned bits between two bits of the same tag should be assigned to that tag. I have to do it manually. Would be quite handy to have the app to automatically assign all unassigned time between two of the same tags. We could optionnally assign only time with "active" computer usage.

Exclude from timesheet by right click in timesheet view
Would be nice to right click on a tag entry in the timesheet view and be able to exclude that entry from the timesheet

Auto Tags searches to apply large number of tags
I have ManicTime v2025.2.02
USE CASE
I have various tasks that I know will always go into certain buckets and I want to add about 30-50 searches that I'll update over time. To make the example basic, imagine if I wanted to create auto tags like this. I've listed 5 examples, but as I said, there are really 30+ searches. For the most part, I'll want these searches to hit on any timeline, but for some searches I might only want to search one timeline (eg, only documents, only calendar, etc.)Tag 1: cats AND john AND microsoft.com

Duration in upper right based on tags, not outlook or other timeline
In the upper right, the day start and end are based on the lowest and highest values based on any of the timelines. At times, there are items in my outlook calendar timeline which aren't dictating my actual day working (such as a reminder, or an out of town trip, or PTO). It would be nice to choose what timeline dictates this feedback information. For instance, I would want it to represent my Tags as my outlook calendar might not have accurate working time.

execute python or bat files with event tags or rules
It would be great for example to create an event on a specific time or when the computer starts in could open a window to ask to execute either a python script or a bat file..
these files could do whatever the user wants for example report the day work to some external service like workday or others.. If manic time would have some ability to even pass on data to a script this would be super helpful. In times of AI people are quite able to create such scripts without much knowledge so this would be useful to users.…

Export/import of settings
There should be a more user friendly way to export certain settings for quick setup on multiple devices.
At the moment there's no way at all to export settings of the client.
There's no way to export everything in one step either (tags, auto tags, timelines).
Best would be to combine it in the "Import and Export" command/popup and have the possibility there to export either separate things or all in one zip archive.
Same with import.1 vote -
Mouse-click and keyboard usage heatmap
For mouse usage: Log every click position on the screen. Generate a daily, monthly, and yearly heatmap that visually represents click density. Use a gradient color scheme — warm colors for high-frequency click zones, and cool colors for low-frequency zones.
For keyboard usage: Similarly, track every key press. Analyze which keys are hit most often, and provide per-application breakdowns. This would allow users to see, for example, which shortcuts or letters dominate their typing in a browser, code editor, or game.
The goal is to help users understand their own interaction patterns, optimize workflows, and identify repetitive strain risks.

GotoConnect (Jive) Timeline / Plugin
GotoConnect (Jive) is a cloud PBX system. It would be great to see which contact/phone number was connected to. Similar to what the old Skype connector did.

Jira plugin: ability to use issue fields in tag name, for 3-level tag hierarchy
Currently Jira plugin effectively only allows a 2-level tag hierarchy:
{PROJECT-NAME}, #{ISSUE-KEY} {ISSUE-NAME}
(Ignoring the constant prefix for entire connection here, as it doesn't help here)
However many projects have a subproject field. It would be great if we could use it as a 2-nd tier tag, having effectively a 3-tier hierarchy:
{PROJECT-NAME}, {SUBPROJECT FIELD}, #{ISSUE-KEY} {ISSUE-NAME}
That would require the ability to configure one (or multiple) issue fields as tag sources.

Browser support: LibreWolf and other Firefox clones
LibreWolf is essentially a Firefox clone. Yet, even if I install ManicTime plugin, manic doesn't track URLs there. I guess it's an easy fix.
Firefox clones are likely going to get popularity since recent Chrome versions killed uBlock.
