    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

Can only aggree with the previous comments.

Recording should of course be in UTC, everything else is doomed :-)

Displaying should be selectable including "automatic" which is the device timezone.

Sometimes I want to move around existing tags, because the day e.g. didn't go as planned. Currently - if the block should have a fixed time - that is rather annoying.

    - Move the end of the block away(further away because of snapping)
    - Move start of the block away
    - Extend the previous block
    - Move the start of the block back
    - Move the beginning of the block back
    - Zoom in for a good resolution and position end (or open dialog and set duration)

With a drag&drop feature this would be
    - Drag block away
    - Extend previous block
    - Drag block back

    Waaaay easier :-)
