I have a feature request ...

  2. How color is chosen: sub-tag could mix a new colour with parent tag colour

    To make it easier at a glance to see what you've been working on I would like sub-tag colours to relate to the parent tag. do do this I usually manually pick a colour in the same part of the spectrum as the parent tag, but I think it would work just as well to 50% 50% mix a new random colour with the parent colour.

    This could be the method of generating the default colour when you 'skip' a parent tag colour, then you can over-ride it as per usual.

    Perhaps the percentage should be 70-30 or something else,…

  4. Add support for Connectwise OnPremise server

    Please add support for self-hosted ConnectWise Manage server. We are currently unable to use plugin because we run a self-hosted ConnectWise Manage server.

    Even though we can't currently use the plugin it was a real bonus to see you added in a CW plugin. I started using ManicTime & others use Toggle to make it easier to find what we were doing when filling out any missing time entries in CW Manage time sheets at the end of the week. Adding support for self-hosted would allow me to get my whole team onboard. Thanks.

  5. Differentiate Between Chrome and Canary Chrome

    I do most of all my internet browsing in normal Chrome, but I use Canary for developing (https://www.google.com/chrome/canary/). It would be useful to see 2 applications: Chrome and Chrome Canary. This way I can automatically tag based on application.

  6. Add Plugin for Redmine

    Could be interesting to have a plugin for Redmine. Lot of companies are using Redmine as task management tool, including time tracking.

    Import assigned tasks as tags from Redmine and export time tracking as spent time to Redmine could be very useful.

  7. Additional features for Connectwise Plugin

    Allow for status changes and marking as resolution for the ConnectWise plugin would allow me to almost never have to actually use ConnectWise

  9. Additional Rounding for Save Tags as Timesheet Task in FreshBooks

    In the Save Tags as Timesheet Task in FreshBooks window, there is not an option to round to 6 minutes (or 0.1 HR). Having that option to export tags to FreshBooks would mean not having to further edit in FreshBooks.

  10. Affinity Plugin

    Affinity software by Serif has been growing as an alternative to Adobe graphics applications. It would be great to have document tracking for Affinity apps like there is now with Adobe's.

  12. linux client time away tracking configuration

    Hi, I've just realize that among a lot of possible tweaks on windows desktop client, you can configure the away time.
    Unfortunantly I can't find this tweak on linux client. I would like to tweak it, even if I should find an XML file and change data in there.

  14. New & less intrusive Away Time popup mode

    Small suggestion for Away time.

    Issue: having that window opening each time can be frustrating if one wants to close it most of the times.

    My example: this issue for me occurs when I study with a PDF of exercises opened on the PC, so screen goes off after 5 mins but I take 10mins to do an exercise, when I come back to see the PDF then the window appears with 10min away time, each time I have to close it and that's annoying.   16. Jira Plugin: Review remaining estimate

    We're facing troubles with poor reviewing remaining estimate after company-wide manictime deployment with Jira integration.

    The main trouble is that marking time is very easy but there is no feedback about remaining estimate.

    I think there could be pretty easy solution in visualization of remaining work to see directly what is user updating and with which result.

    Iranian people use Solar Hijri calendar:

    Microsoft added it to Windows 10 Calenders'. Please you do it too and let Iranian use ManicTime efficiently.

  19. Ability to Edit Entries and Tags from the Timesheet Window and to be Able to Set Entries as Billable

    I rely greatly on the timesheet window to see what I have completed workwise. It would greatly benefit how I use ManicTime if I was able to edit entries and tags from within the timesheet window and to be able to set entries as billable from the Timesheet window as well
