Improved Virtual Desktop Tracking
I organize my client projects into virtual desktops on Windows 11, with each desktop dedicated to a specific project.
It would be very helpful if the app could better support tracking these virtual desktops. Currently, it’s possible to see which desktop is used, but it’s subtle and not easy to identify. Hovering over the activity status in the timeline shows the active desktop, but this is cumbersome.
Could you add a feature to make the active virtual desktop more visible, perhaps with a color-coded bar or indicator? This would greatly improve usability for tracking project times.
Thanks for considering this feature request.
Best regards,
Henning

I second this.
I would be fine with the existing functionality, but for some reason it is a bit bugged. I see that it stores the data inside the "Active" activity's Other table, but checking my history of it, some desktop switches are missing (I'm on the latest version 2024.2.0.6 on Windows 10).
My use-case is that I want to track my "focus" better, and categorizing every "Activity" is too much effort. I generally use the virtual desktops to differentiate what work I'm doing, so this would be perfect for it.
Even better if the UI would optionally show different colors for the Computer Usage timeline, or maybe a new timeline for this data?
