Timer or notification every X minutes to tag last untagged time

I'd like to receive notification every X minutes prompting me to tag. Currently I can use Tag untagged time, but I need to trigger it manually.

    Does this feature work? In settings I have "remind me to tag every 20 minutes" turned on but I see no notifications. I use Windows 10.

    Been using this for a day. I feel like it should only notify you if you haven't tagged any time in the past x minutes instead of just reminding you ever x minutes. I do not like when it reminds me to tag time immediately after I've just tagged all of the time in my day.
