Ignore 'all-day' and 'free' events on Google Calendar
I've just configured a Google Calendar timeline, and it's showing 'All-day' events, and events I have marked as 'free'. I'd like the option to hide events based on whether they're all-day, or whether I've said 'yes', 'maybe' or 'no', along with the usual 'busy'/'free'. Ideally I'd like to have only events that are not all-day and I've either said 'yes' to or marked as busy.

option to mark day as fully tagged
i would like to be able to mark a day as fully tagged - using a button a checkbox in day pane.
This marks that all activities that should have been tagged by user has already been tagged, even if there are untagged time ranges.in untagged time pane, you can visually mark days that have been marked as fully tagged by user.

🎯 Archive Tags (Without Saying Goodbye Forever)
The Problem:
After wrapping up a project, I want to move on—mentally, emotionally, and digitally. But ManicTime keeps suggesting tags from my past like an overenthusiastic memory hoarder. I’ve moved on. ManicTime hasn’t.The Idea:
Let’s introduce an “Archive Tag” feature. Think of it like putting your old project tags in a cozy retirement home. They’re not deleted (we still love them), but they stop popping up in tag suggestions like they’re still relevant. Out of sight, but not out of database. Why It’s Great:
Keeps tag suggestions clean and focused on current work
Prevents accidental tagging with outdated project…5 votes -
Exclude/Include screenshots for specified window titles
At the moment, you can exclude/include certain processes to grab screenshots (using the "Do not track all processes" option). However, more and more applications are web-based and appear in the the process list as msedge. This means that it's not possible to include/exclude these apps for the screenshot generator.
To support this, it would be great if "Do not track all processes" allowed the ability to specify window titles (with wildcards) as well as process names so that we can include/exclude these apps.

Highlight "Billable" attribute on timeline
There is no way to quickly recognize billable time on Tags timeline. Auto-tags can display a red streak for auto-closed tags. Use the same visual mechanism on tags timeline denoting billable activities. (Billable? Tag has a green streak.)
(The visualization may be optional as someone may not like it.)

No backups when on battery
I use ManicTime on my laptop. On the very rare occasion I have had to be mobile with my laptop but the backup runs while on battery power which then causes the battery to deplete faster than I would like. It would be great for ManicTime to detect if it is running on battery or mains and only run the backup when on mains.

MCP: running-timer primitives
save_tag_activitiesrequires a closed interval. Agent workflows
that need to "start working on X now, stop later — possibly from a
different session or device" have no place to hold the in-flight
state. Workarounds (conversation-history search, sidecar state
stores, 1-second placeholder tags) are all brittle and duplicate
logic ManicTime should own.Proposed minimal addition to the MCP surface — no change to the
core tag data model, server-side state only:- startactivetag(tagCombination, notes?, startTime?) Record a running timer. startTime defaults to now.
- getactivetag() Return { tagCombination, notes, startTime } or null.
- stopactivetag(endTime?, tagMode?) -> TagActivity…

Support Wavebox (Chromium-based browser) for "document" timeline
I am using a browser called Wavebox for multi-session, tabbed based browsing and it is Chromium-based. It is only tracked as an application with page titles but it is as useful as "document" (website tracking).
As a hotfix I wrote a user-script to add the page URL to the page title to help with autotags, but I am missing other features available with "document" timeline/websites.

easier access to tag editor
Current design: the tag editor is hidden away as the only item of an unnamed drop down menu at the left side edge of the tags timeline, which also means it takes two clicks to get to it. This also leads to a slightly confusing unused vertical area across all tag lines.
Proposed solution: add a tag editor button to the Tags group in the Day ribbon.

Change note separator on QuickBooks interface
I love how MT allows me to take notes throughout a day, even as I work on different clients and projects, and each client's notes are combined into a single billable total with all the notes in QuickBooks. This is a great capability.
Small request...When I work several times throughout a day for a given client, and record a separate note each time, the individual notes are passed to QuickBooks combined but automatically separated by a semicolon (;).
I wonder if this feature could be configurable to suppress the semicolon, or specify a space, or a period. Personally, I prefer…

Allow for status changes and marking as resolution for the ConnectWise plugin would allow me to almost never have to actually use ConnectWise

Allow event listener for extensibility API
An nice and elegant idea to open a lot of extensibility scenarios would be the ability to create plugins that register a listener to an event in the application (all the major ones) and then execute code based on that.
One of the scenario I've in mind : I love the pomodoro technique so to reduce interruptions, I would want to "catch" the event at the start of a pomodoro to set my IM presence status to busy and set it back to available when no pomodoro is active. This way, my coworkers would always know when I'm available. It…

Jira Plugin: Review remaining estimate
We're facing troubles with poor reviewing remaining estimate after company-wide manictime deployment with Jira integration.
The main trouble is that marking time is very easy but there is no feedback about remaining estimate.
I think there could be pretty easy solution in visualization of remaining work to see directly what is user updating and with which result.

Edit (each) day start/end independently of activity
I work remotely. I may be doing work until 3 am, or wake up early and do work from 5am. There's no telling.
Add on to that, I may remote in and check on the next morning's meetings right before bed.
These 3 scenarios (late end, early start, random logins) combined completely mess up the statistics pages.
Shifting the day start time works some of the time, but not others.
What's worse, deleting the activity in the timeline doesn't affect the day starts/ends.
Right now it looks like I'm working 16 and 24h days because of these issues.
I would…

Better JIRA integration and tag display
The JIRA plugin is really great, but also very slow when there are a lot of projects and issues. And I need to wait ~1 minute to re-scan the tags every time I create a new issue.
Can it have an option to only scan the projects I subscribed to?
Also, a lot of times, the issue titles don't fit in the 'tag picker' window, so I'm not sure what I actually clicked on. Please make it resizable!
Similarly, the 'Add tag' window has a very strange resize behavior, where at the maximum width the 'note' section and the 'tags'…

2-Way Sync of Tags From ManicTime to Harvest & Vice Versa
I've been testing saving Tags from ManicTime to the Harvest time tracking service. This is a one-way process from ManicTime to Harvest using the Harvest integration.
It would be great if there was a 2-way sync so that if time entries are created in Harvest, or edited there, that this is brought into/updated in ManicTime too. This would allow users to employ the Harvest mobile app to capture time when on site as well as capture time on their machines. It also would help avoid duplicate or overlapping time entries.
