  2. Citavi Plugin

    A Plugin to see which project is opened in Citavi would be nice. Currently I have multiple projects there and can only track that through the application timeline where i cant tell the projects apart.

  3. Requesting syncing the Billable flag with WorkflowMax

    I am loving the new WorkflowMax integration, but items synced without the billable flag in MT still get marked as Billable in WFM.

  4. Personal Access Token in Jira Plugin

    Our Jira server instance has captcha enabled for 3 consecutive faulty login attempts.
    Since our global password policy requires us to change password every three months it is often so that the password used in ManicTime is forgotten to be changed and thus the captcha mode in Jira is triggered.

    ManicTime plugin cant handle captcha and just ignores updating tags not showing login error, but the login attempt has still occured and is logged by Jira triggering captcha mode.

    This leads us having to contact support to clear captcha for us and this has a leadtime of several days minimum.…

  5. Zoom meeting / zoom phone plugin

    Would love to have a plugin which gives the ability to see meetings and phone calls from zoom in the timeline - looks like they have api's for both:

  6. Copy one entry from advanced search result to allow pasting in tags timeline

    I do a lot of manual tagging, and sometimes I can't quite remember what tag I used last time I did something half a year ago. I then use Advanced Search to find the previously used entry in the Tags timeline.

    I would like to be able to right-click a single entry from the results list and press Copy, or select it and press Ctrl+C on the keyboard. I could then switch back to the main window, select a period of time and use the existing Paste operation.

  7. Add 'Service' field to QuickBooks Online plugin settings

    QuickBooks Online time entries have a field for "Service" (aka item number/SKU.) The Manictime Plugin does not send this field to QBO, so QBO defaults it to "Sales". It would be helpful if we can specify the service name to use. For example, mine is called "Hourly Service". Currently when I upload time entries from ManicTime, I have to change the Service from default "Sales" to "Hourly Service" so that it can link to my pricing rules.

  8. Responsive or mobile friendly design for Server Frontend

    The Website is currently unusable from mobile. Adding a Tag or changing some values are not doable, timeline view is too small.
    IT would be great to make at least a few features more mobile friendly.

  9. Edit (each) day start/end independently of activity

    I work remotely. I may be doing work until 3 am, or wake up early and do work from 5am. There's no telling.

    Add on to that, I may remote in and check on the next morning's meetings right before bed.

    These 3 scenarios (late end, early start, random logins) combined completely mess up the statistics pages.

    Shifting the day start time works some of the time, but not others.

    What's worse, deleting the activity in the timeline doesn't affect the day starts/ends.

    Right now it looks like I'm working 16 and 24h days because of these issues.

  10. Allow browsing screenshots while in "Add tag" dialog

    I add notes to tags based on screenshots. As is, when the add tag dialog is open, I can't browse screenshots by hovering. I currently have to put my notes into an editor first, and then copy them into the tag. It would be really nice if the hover-to-show-screenshot feature stayed active while the add tag dialog was open.

  11. Xero Practice Manager (XPM) plugin

    A plugin for being able to see all your jobs which exist in XPM on Manictime, would be amazing.
    Also syncing your timesheets back to XPM would be even better.
    Any SDK on how to create plugins? as might explore creating this for our company.

  13. Request for ManicTime Mac Deployment on Vercel

    Can the Mac version of ManicTime be deployed on Vercel? Currently, deployment is through Docker, which significantly uses resources. Vercel seems more efficient. Are there any plans to support this?

  14. make usage details more powerful - add filter, sort by A then B

    Usage details could be so much more powerful if you could filter it in the same way as the timeline. The results of that filter could be turned into a report - without the need to tag.

    For example, I tag all my email usage. But there is nowhere to output a spreadsheet grouped by title. Having totals for each group on that table would also be amazing - so you could see instantly that you'd spent 30 mins on one email thread, and 15 minutes on another.

    I've just tested a CSV export of part of my day in chat gpt and it correctly identified which parts of my day were productive, what software I used and the total time I spent in work. I then asked it to include relevant support tasks, like explorer operations, and it did that too. I found this far quicker than assigning tags or autotags.

    would be possible to automatically blur people faces in screenshots, so that the actual faces are never recorded?
    Otherwise this happens during calls.

    OR block recording when the webcam is acrivated in a call.

    Hey guys!

    I've been using ManicTime for some years now and I just recently set up the server version in order to backup my data automatically.

    I also connected it to my local quotation/invoicing app via the API and noticed, that there is no possibility to filter the requests any more than by from and to.

    An additional string field to filter the tags would be great, so one can pass e.g. a part of a tag or a full tag or an array of tags and receives only the matching data. It's not really something required, but it would…

    I've been using ManicTime for many years; it's a great software. Recently, I switched my browser to Arc and noticed that ManicTime doesn't show the URLs I visit in Arc. A plugin or a native feature for that would be amazing.

  19. let user combine or merge the document in Document Timeline

    when file name is changed manictime tracker would treat them as different docs, which is not tracking friendly in some situation (when i still want to treat them as one file). so it would be better if we can combine or merge document maunually, by right click or something like that

  20. create folder automatically in document timeline (when the DocumentType is set to Task or something like that in tracker plugin)

    i create a tracker plugin and i set the DocumentType to Task.
    but ManicTime would not create a Task folder, or put the file into a custom-created Task folder, it just put the file outside any folder.
