I would like to you can add new feature that anyone can see work time of all employee of company and can't see screenshot. because screenshot has many personality info.

OAuth or OpenID Sign In Methods
Currently a lot of businesses are transitioning their workplaces away from an "on-prem" type environments to cloud-first identities. ManicTime allows only two authentication methods: ManicTime Authentication and Windows (Active Directory) authentication.
To truly allow ManicTime to operate using modern enterprise-ready authentication protocols like Microsoft Entra External ID or Google or Facebook (social identities) please consider these new options for OAuth 2.0 and or OpenID Connect authentication options.
This simplifies IT management and promotes SSO (single sign on) workplace solutions.

Set default for "Go off the record" context menu on tray icon
On Windows, the context menu of ManicTime's tray icon has "Go off the record" with a sub-menu for the desired duration. But if the user clicks on "Go off the record" directly, the default is "Until you turn on".
The best would be to not do anything and force users to make a selection in the sub-menu, but now that it's been like that for a while, the best alternative would be the option to set which timeframe is used.
The number of times I've lost a long period of tracking because of this...
Or a setting to be reminded…

Duration in upper right based on tags, not outlook or other timeline
In the upper right, the day start and end are based on the lowest and highest values based on any of the timelines. At times, there are items in my outlook calendar timeline which aren't dictating my actual day working (such as a reminder, or an out of town trip, or PTO). It would be nice to choose what timeline dictates this feedback information. For instance, I would want it to represent my Tags as my outlook calendar might not have accurate working time.

Untagged Time on Server Calculation Options and Calendar View
In the desktop app, there is an option to change the default way Untagged Time is calculated from Computer Usage Duration to Computer Usage Active Time. The server only calculates Untagged Time based off Computer Usage Duration, but it would be nice to have the matching Computer Usage Active Time option possibly in the settings.
On the server, this is reflected on two pages: My Work Time (Untagged time) and Untagged Time. On the Untagged Time page, it would also be nice if the view or graphic can be changed from a histogram/bar chart to "Calendar View" similar to the…

Allow Snapping and Screenshot Display Across All Timelines
I would like to use screenshots together with the snap to interval feature, but this currently doesn’t work.
When dragging a selection on the Time timeline (to use snapping), no screenshots are displayed.
When using any other timeline, screenshots appear correctly, but snapping cannot be used. This makes it impossible to work with screenshots and snap to tagging at the same time.A possible solution would be to introduce rounding or snapping for tags themselves. Integration with Paymo
I use ManicTime to automatically track my computer activity and tag time spent on projects. The automatic screenshots allow me to reconstruct and document my work precisely, even when I am fully focused on a task, in a state of flow, and not tracking tasks manually in the moment.
Our company uses Paymo to manage projects, tasks, and billing, so all my work hours must be reported as time entries in Paymo.

copy from auto-tag to tags only for selected entry
For auto-tags, i want to select one entry in the auto-tag timeline and copy only the selected tag to the tags timeline.
Currently i can only copy all tags (of one or multiple days) with some added logic (only untagged time, etc). On some days i only want to copy some auto-tags to the tag timeline and fill in the rest by hand. This would be easier, if i only need to select an auto-tag and either via context menu or hot-key copy the selected auto-tag to the tag timeline.

Active timeline view in one universal timezone (e.g. convert to EST)
I manage several contractors (some from Europe and others from South America) and ask them to log their work hours using ManicTime.
Their active timeline shown on the admin view shows each individuals' local time, although they all work according to my work schedule, which is EST.
I'd like the ability to convert individual times to a specific timezone (e.g. EST) so that I can see them in a universal timezone.3 votes -
Excluding specific timelines from "Auto zoom"
The "Locations" timeline is always taking my entire day, including the previous night. Thus, most of the time the "Auto zoom" is much bigger than needed, and not really helpful for me.

"Inactivity threshold" for starting stopwatch at the end of last tag
When using the "Start stopwatch at the end of last tag" option, a problem arises if I become inactive for an extended period, such as 30 minutes, an hour, or even longer. I want to keep this option enabled without the need to disable and re-enable it manually to adjust for inactivity.
A potential solution is an "Inactivity threshold" option, where I can specify how many minutes of inactivity are acceptable to include in the tag. For example, if the threshold is set to 5 minutes:

I would like to have to choose the Monitor which will be recorded screenshots. In my Setup i use 3 Monitors, but i just need 2 of them for working, and the 3 portable monitor is only for youtube video/music. I do not need any recorded screenshot of this monitor. Auto Tags searches to apply large number of tags

USE CASE
I have various tasks that I know will always go into certain buckets and I want to add about 30-50 searches that I'll update over time. To make the example basic, imagine if I wanted to create auto tags like this. I've listed 5 examples, but as I said, there are really 30+ searches. For the most part, I'll want these searches to hit on any timeline, but for some searches I might only want to search one timeline (eg, only documents, only calendar, etc.)Tag 1: cats AND john AND microsoft.com
