teams
Would be great if it can have a plugin for Microsoft Teams - as this is now the replacement for Skype for Business etc.
234 votesAs of now, MS Teams does not share data about calls, so there is not way to add this feature.

iphone App
App for logging time off the computer like meetings, webex, conferences, calls. All this should be as easy as using ManicTime on the desktop and also add this time to the computer app automatically.

Ability to add autotag timeline to statistics
There is need to add autotag timeline to statistics, because most of activity is recorded automatically (at least in my case).

Merge multiple tagged times together
It would be nice if I could merge multiple selected times with same tag (with all the notes concatenated together)
Maybe triggered by an right-click option after selecting a time frame
Or an option to use the concatenated notes while adding a new tag over a timeframe that contains already tagged time
So it would be possible to constantly add short notes everytime during the work, and later tag the whole time, joining the already taken notes together

Display in UTC
I travel a lot to different time zones and need to change the Windows system clock's time zone when I do. The ManicTime timeline displays in local time (I presume) so as a result I end up with 'overlapping' activities in my timeline. I suspect the labels then also overlap and are not added.
This would all be resolved if ManicTime would record and display in UTC.50 votes -
Setting for tabgs to be billabel by default
I add new tags frequently, but often forget to mark them as billable, which for me is more common (and hopefully for most of us). It would be great if there was a setting to make them billable by default, then I'd just have to remember to mark the ones that aren't.

Tagging snapping at 5min
When you tagging it should be possible that they can snapp only at X minutes. For examples 5 Minutes or 15 Minutes.
So that no Second or non rounded Mintues can be used.47 votes -
Custom Keyboard Shortcuts for Assigning Tags
The new 0-9 (or Ctrl-0 through Ctrl-9) tag shortcuts are great, but being able to arbitrarily assign any key as a tag shortcut would be even better: 'L' for Lunch, 'P' for Project 1, 'S' for Daily Stand-up Meeting.
Tag shortcuts are already the most efficient way to tag time. With easier to remember custom mnemonics, this powerful feature would also become one of the most accessible.

Integration with Slack
Would like to be able to see what channel I am posting to in Slack application. Right now it just says "Slack" so you don't really know what project that was for.

Import CSV to new timeline
Hey, i'd like to have a function to import a CSV file to a new timeline.
For example one could export all emails from one folder of thunderbird to a CSV file. This file would include subject, from, to, date time. After import to ManicTime each emails would be shown in an additional timeline with a configurable duration of x min.
Another example: Export the call log from your phone / PBX, with phone numbers, date, start, end time and import it to ManicTime.
Would be very helpful :-)

Auto Tags for Linux Client
We have a Linux client. That is great.
The feature I miss the most on the Linux client is automatically tagging time. Please Add Auto Tagging to the Linux client.

Set Reminders in Calendar
Not only recording the past, but also planning the future, i.e. plan tasks and set reminders to start. Later compare with the planned tasks.

Ctrl Z should do Undo
I thought there was no Undo function in ManicTime because Ctrl Z does nothing. I just realised there's an Undo button in the top right corner. Please associate the Ctrl Z shortcut to this undo function. It's the universal keyboard shortcut for Undo

Tracking
Auto tagging very helps, but tracking collect only header of windows. Some application had same header but content are different. They are contents depends from its command line of application. How about collect command line of active application?

Detect remote desktop connections
It would be nice if ManicTime could detect that a computer is controlled through a remote desktop connection such as through TeamViewer, and give the option to not track that time as active.
I have ManicTime installed on both my home and office computer, and sometimes need to do something on my office computer remotely when I'm at home. In effect, this time gets counted as doubly active, because my home ManicTime client will detect that I'm working in the TeamViewer application, while the office ManicTime client thinks I'm actually on the computer there and working in the local applications.…

Ability to delete old history or option for auto clear
I used the program for more than 2 years and the DB grew strongly (300 MB)
This slows down the program when I open client

tag shortcuts should work also inside tag window
It would be nice if configured tag shortcuts would also work in an opened tag windows (so shortcut could be used to tag a time in the automatic popup after returning from a break)

More shortcuts please...
It would be nice to be able to use more shortcuts. For example: Create Autotag rule, Copy Autotags to tag timeline etc. The ideal solution would be to have the opportunity to assign shortcut to every function.

Option to not show notes in 'Add tag' window
Every time I want to choose a tag, the previous typed notes are also saved to choose from (see attachment)
I would only like to choose from tags. And then still I would like to use the notes field, but only to be saved for that specific activity.Under settings, Display, you can choose not to show Notes in 10 recent tags drop down menu, and to not show them in summary in bottom right, but you can't remove them from Add tag window. A similar setting would be helpful in this window too.
