1. Xero Practice Manager (XPM) plugin

   A plugin for being able to see all your jobs which exist in XPM on Manictime, would be amazing.
   Also syncing your timesheets back to XPM would be even better.
   Any SDK on how to create plugins? as might explore creating this for our company.

3. Allow browsing screenshots while in "Add tag" dialog

   I add notes to tags based on screenshots. As is, when the add tag dialog is open, I can't browse screenshots by hovering. I currently have to put my notes into an editor first, and then copy them into the tag. It would be really nice if the hover-to-show-screenshot feature stayed active while the add tag dialog was open.

4. No backups when on battery

   I use ManicTime on my laptop. On the very rare occasion I have had to be mobile with my laptop but the backup runs while on battery power which then causes the battery to deplete faster than I would like. It would be great for ManicTime to detect if it is running on battery or mains and only run the backup when on mains.

7. Adding a "tentative" attribute to tags that are entered in advance

   It would be nice to be able to use ManicTime to plan my day as well. As it is now, I use a separate tool for planning what I'm going to do, and then transfer over all the tasks into ManicTime to track them. You can currently add tags for future work, but these estimates may end up being incorrect. And when you go back to manic time, there is no way to tell which tags you entered after working on them and which tags were entered before starting them. Allowing users to enter tags for future work, and not differentiating them from tagging past work is likely to result in incorrect time-tracking.

   I imagine it could work somewhat similar to the billable attribute, but would be automatically added, and then there would be an option to confirm tentative tags after they happen, which would remove the "tentative" attribute. It could make sense to differentiate between tentative tags after the current time, and ones that were added tentatively but can now be confirmed.

   Really, any implementation that facilitates planning future work would be helpful!

9. Edit (each) day start/end independently of activity

   I work remotely. I may be doing work until 3 am, or wake up early and do work from 5am. There's no telling.

   Add on to that, I may remote in and check on the next morning's meetings right before bed.

   These 3 scenarios (late end, early start, random logins) combined completely mess up the statistics pages.

   Shifting the day start time works some of the time, but not others.

   What's worse, deleting the activity in the timeline doesn't affect the day starts/ends.

   Right now it looks like I'm working 16 and 24h days because of these issues.

   I would like, on a per day basis, to shift each end/start time (or batch move blocks of activities) between days, as wells as completely delete/ignore the "check meetings at midnight" slivers of time that are corrupting statistics.

10. Google Maps Location History or KML Import

    KML with specified location data is generated via a standard URL. This url downloads the past 24 hours by default but can be fed additional info to get more https://www.google.com/maps/timeline/kml

12. Outlook Subject Line Tracking

    I would like to be able to track the outlook emails per the subject line content. Example if I sent or reading an outlook email that the subject line contained "Ninebark" (project name) then I could create a autotag for it. The time spent reading or writing the email.

14. Responsive or mobile friendly design for Server Frontend

    The Website is currently unusable from mobile. Adding a Tag or changing some values are not doable, timeline view is too small.
    IT would be great to make at least a few features more mobile friendly.

16. Add 'Service' field to QuickBooks Online plugin settings

    QuickBooks Online time entries have a field for "Service" (aka item number/SKU.) The Manictime Plugin does not send this field to QBO, so QBO defaults it to "Sales". It would be helpful if we can specify the service name to use. For example, mine is called "Hourly Service". Currently when I upload time entries from ManicTime, I have to change the Service from default "Sales" to "Hourly Service" so that it can link to my pricing rules.

17. Copy one entry from advanced search result to allow pasting in tags timeline

    I do a lot of manual tagging, and sometimes I can't quite remember what tag I used last time I did something half a year ago. I then use Advanced Search to find the previously used entry in the Tags timeline.

    I would like to be able to right-click a single entry from the results list and press Copy, or select it and press Ctrl+C on the keyboard. I could then switch back to the main window, select a period of time and use the existing Paste operation.

    I know that the activity Details list in the Day view has a Copy operation, so as a workaround I can double-click a single result to have ManicTime jump to that day and activity where I can copy it from the Details list. The downside though is that this jumps to a different date in the Day view, thus requiring me to open the date picker all the time to jump back to the day I was filling in.

    Would love to have a plugin which gives the ability to see meetings and phone calls from zoom in the timeline - looks like they have api's for both:

19. Personal Access Token in Jira Plugin

    Our Jira server instance has captcha enabled for 3 consecutive faulty login attempts.
    Since our global password policy requires us to change password every three months it is often so that the password used in ManicTime is forgotten to be changed and thus the captcha mode in Jira is triggered.

    ManicTime plugin cant handle captcha and just ignores updating tags not showing login error, but the login attempt has still occured and is logged by Jira triggering captcha mode.

    This leads us having to contact support to clear captcha for us and this has a leadtime of several days minimum.
    In the meantime all login attempts to Jira and Confluence will require captcha and this is a great hindrance to us.

    If we could use PAT instead of Username Password in the Jira Plugin these situations would not happen.

20. Autotag time duration can be calculated from data (and appended to Notes)

    Dynamic autotags are great. I use them to append into my Notes information about actual filenames, so I can more easily generate timesheets which I then review and revise to explain to clients what I was doing during the 3.3 hours (for example) that I was working on their matter. It would be helpful if the filename in the Notes could also have a duration added afterwards (perhaps in brackets), so that I can easily assess what I spent more time on as compared to other files.

    I know this won't be completely accurate, and I'm not looking to completely tie it out to the hours number reported for the tag combination. I'm just hoping to use the information to remind me in the timesheet of which document I spent more time on than others.
